Our recommendations are to clean off all grime, loose rust, paint. Scuff all smooth surfaces with 100-180 grit. Use the POR-15 Stop Rust System and topcoat with an opaque color of 2K Top Coat Spray or use the 2K Urethane and roll it on. Contact support if you have any questions at support@POR15.com
